Clicking on the Your File tab allows you to access your on-line student file. The menu on the left displays the various sections containing all the information in your file. The menu is divided into two parts. The first part, Loans and Bursaries, is dedicated to information relating to the Loans and Bursaries Program and the Loans Program for Part-Time Studies. Among other things, these sections contain the information Aide financière aux études considers to determine the financial assistance awarded to you. The second part of the menu is dedicated to Explore. If you submitted an Explore bursary application, the information you provided in your application will be contained in that part. We recommend that you consult your on-line student file regularly by clicking on Your file. As you browse through your on-line student file, you will notice help buttons, that is, small icons with a question mark. When you click on one of those icons, a help message will be displayed. This guide allows you to consult all the help messages without browsing your on-line student file. Simply click on any of the following sections to read the corresponding help messages. Please note that, under the Loans and Bursaries Program, when discussing full-time studies, the expression study period is now used instead of term. However, under the Loans Program for Part-Time Studies, term continues to be used. For most students, a study period corresponds to a term of four or five months. Secondary school vocational training programs or programs leading to an Attestation of College Studies are divided into four-month periods, beginning with the first month of studies. 1.
