This screen lists the supporting documents that the student, parents, sponsor or spouse sent to Aide financière aux études (AFE)
since the student's first application for financial assistance.
The following information is given for each supporting document:

Date of receipt
The date on which AFE received the document. This field remains blank if the document has not been received.

Award year
The award year for which you were required to submit the document.
This field remains blank if the document does not apply to any one year in particular.

Document code
A number to help you recognize the document you sent.
In the case of AFE forms, this number is generally printed at the bottom of the first page.

Type of document
A short description of the document sent to AFE.
